Training blocks of 4 weeks allow for a custom program for runners who feel they don't need as regular analysis and feedback as the one on one coaching provides. Having the training provided in 4 week blocks rather than traditional 12-16 weeks or longer plans allows for more individualisation as every runner responds differently to different training stimuli.
A biomechanical screening and running technique session will help identify any areas that may require more attention to prevent and manage running injuries.
