4 Week Training Blocks
Training blocks of 4 weeks allow for a custom program for runners who feel they don't need as regular analysis and feedback as the one on one coaching provides.
Running Tune Up
A running related strength and conditioning screening with a running technique session using video analysis and review of training practices to help identify any areas that may require more attention to help reduce injury risk and plan your next training block to get the best results.
